Interactive Recommendation Shortlists and Buyer Invitations
Clients who receive property recommendations can open their tokenized shortlist (`/shortlists/:token`) and submit feedback on each listing (`/shortlists/:token/recommendations/:id/respond`).
For off-market inventory, use Company > Buyer Invitations (`/companies/:company_id/buyer_invitations`) to grant VIP buyers access to private listings and track their viewing engagement (`/buyer_invitations/report`).

Submitting Confidential Offers on Private Listings
Once a buyer verifies their access code and accepts the confidentiality terms (`/private_terms`), they can browse `/private_listings` and submit formal purchase offers directly.
