Inviting Real Estate Agents and Managing Team Members
Add agents to your agency workspace, assign primary and co-agents to listings, and manage user access.
Adding Team Members to Your Agency
Navigate to Company > Users (`/companies/:company_id/users`) to view your roster of agents and administrators. Click New User to invite a colleague to your agency within your subscription plan’s user capacity.
- Centralized directory of all agents and staff members in your agency.
- Assign listings to a primary agent and multiple collaborating co-agents.
- Update member details or revoke agency access when staff changes.
Collaborating on Listings and Leads
Once added to the team, agents can be assigned directly to CRM client cards and property records so inquiries and viewings route to the right person.
