Managing CRM Clients: Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords
Centralize your contacts by client type, commercial priority, lead source, assigned agent, and activity timeline.
Client Profiles, Roles, and Lead Sources
In Company > Clients (`/companies/:company_id/clients`), every contact is categorized by role (Buyer, Seller, Tenant, or Landlord), priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), and acquisition channel (Website, Referral, Social, Walk-in, Landing Page, Website Alert, or Manual).
- Normalized contact details including phone, alternative phone, email, and tax/national ID.
- Assign each client to a dedicated agent (`assign_agent`) and qualify leads (`qualify`).
- Log calls, notes, and follow-up tasks in the client activity timeline (`/client_activities`).
Privacy and Data Erasure Controls
When a contact requests right-to-be-forgotten removal under data protection laws, authorized users can execute the built-in data erasure action (`/clients/:id/erase_data`) directly from the client record.
