Understanding Plan Quotas for Active Users and Published Properties
Learn how Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plan limits apply to your team seats and active property listings.
How User and Property Quotas Are Calculated
Each WebProp subscription tier defines a maximum number of active team members (`users`) and published properties (`properties`). Draft, archived, or closed properties do not block your active publication capacity, allowing you to maintain historical records without losing active slots.
- Real-time quota meters displayed on `/companies/:company_id/billing`.
- Draft and archived listings remain stored without consuming active publication slots.
- Instant capacity expansion when upgrading your subscription tier.
Upgrading When Your Agency Grows
If your brokerage reaches its user or property limit, you can upgrade to the next plan at any time from the billing screen and unlock higher limits immediately.
