Toggling Portal Syndication Channels per Property Listing
Choose exactly which real estate portals publish each individual property in your portfolio.
Granular Per-Property Channel Control
Not every listing belongs on every portal. Inside any property record, you can toggle individual Syndication Channels (`/companies/:company_id/properties/:property_id/syndication_channels/:id/toggle`) on or off.
- Publish premium listings to specialized portals while keeping others on your website only.
- View real-time syndication status for each connected portal directly on the property page.
- Changes take effect immediately on your outbound feeds and API sync jobs.
Combining Visibility and Portal Toggles
For a listing to be syndicated to an external portal, the property must be in Available status with Public visibility and have that portal channel toggled on.
