Managing the Agency Document Vault and Public Share Links
Store property deeds, floor plans, and agency files in the central vault and control private vs. public document sharing.
Central and Property-Scoped Documents
Open Company > Documents (`/companies/:company_id/documents`) to access the central agency document vault, or attach files directly inside individual properties and developments.
Each uploaded file is inspected for safety, categorized, and stored securely with download controls (`/documents/:id/download`).
- Upload deeds, energy certificates, floor plans, and compliance records.
- Attach documents to specific properties, developments, or the general agency vault.
- Toggle visibility (`toggle_visibility`) to generate tokenized public share links.
Sharing Documents via Tokenized Public Links
When a document is enabled for sharing, clients can view or download it via `/documents/public/:share_token` without needing a portal account.
