Establishing Agency Partnerships in the Collaborative MLS Network
Connect with trusted partner brokerages to co-market properties and share commission opportunities.
Sending and Accepting Partnership Invitations
Open Company > Partnerships (`/companies/:company_id/partnerships`) to build your trusted network of partner agencies. Send partnership requests to other brokerages on WebProp, or review incoming invitations (`accept`, `reject`, or `block`).
- Send and manage bilateral partnership requests between agencies.
- Control which listings are shared with the broader network vs. trusted partners only.
- Revoke or block partnerships at any time with immediate effect.
Sharing Scopes: Network Public vs. Partners Only
When sharing a property to the MLS exchange, you can set its `sharing_scope` to Network Public (visible to all agencies in the national MLS) or Partners Only (restricted exclusively to your accepted partner agencies).
