Configuring MLS Sharing Scopes and Inter-Agency Deal Terms
Choose whether a property is shared with the entire MLS network or partners only, and specify co-brokerage terms.
Choosing Between Network Public and Partners Only
Each property record includes a `sharing_scope` setting alongside its `PropertyDealTerms`. You can expose a listing to all brokerages in your country (Network Public) or restrict visibility strictly to your accepted partner agencies (Partners Only).
- Granular per-property control over MLS network visibility.
- Document co-brokerage commission sharing terms in `PropertyDealTerms`.
- Update or withdraw MLS sharing at any time as negotiations progress.
Clear Co-Brokerage Collaboration Rules
Defining deal terms upfront ensures partner agents know the exact commission split and showing protocol before introducing a buyer.
