Adding Unit Typologies to a Project
Inside any development record, use the Typologies section (`/companies/:company_id/developments/:development_id/typologies`) to define the unit models offered in the project—such as 1-Bedroom Lofts, 3-Bedroom Family Apartments, or Commercial Ground Units.
- Specify bedroom and bathroom counts, interior/exterior surface areas, and starting prices.
- Track available unit inventory per typology as reservations progress.
- Update pricing and availability in real time without recreating the project.
Displaying Typologies on Your Public Website
Each typology is rendered in a clean comparison table on the public development page so buyers can compare layouts, dimensions, and starting prices side by side.
